Paint the Salvation Army (Interior Painting)
On April 11th more than 200 volunteers from Texas Roadhouse joined HandsOn Miami to complete an enhancement of the Salvation Army's Red Shield Shelter. One of the components of the day's work engaged volunteers in the process of repainting nearly every square inch of the interior of the campus. The task was a big one, and we were unable to complete the doors during our visit in April. That's where we are hoping you will come in and help us complete the job. Can we count on your support? NEED TO KNOW: +Volunteers as young as 8 may participate alongside an adult. Those 16 years of age or older may participate on their own. +Please wear shoes and clothing you don't mind getting paint on.
