Cleanup on South Beach!
Join this grassroots volunteer effort across Miami-Dade County
to pick up litter and trash, remove graffiti, and clean up neighborhoods in
preparation the 2010 Pro Bowl and Super Bowl!
Spend the morning at the beach at our
signature project hosted by the "V" Mayor Carlos Alvarez's initiative
on Volunteering: www.iaminvolved.org,
the Community Image Advisory Board, the City of Miami Beach, the Super Bowl
Host Committee, and ECOMB.
Volunteers will receive free "V" Shirts, project
assignments, and garbage bags. We’ll be picking up litter and trash on
the beach. The first 50 people will get free water bottles courtesy of
Miami-Dade County.
- Volunteers are advised to bring their own work gloves to ensure you will have a pair as supplies will be limited.
Family Friendly: Volunteers as young as 6 years old can attend
as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Please bring your waiver form to the

South of 23rd street, all on street parking is $1.25 per hour and
$1.00 per hour in the 13th & 7th street garage.
