http://www.wearenature.netWAN has a mission to diminish the destructive effects of water pollution. An abundance of clean water is what provides the foundation for communities to prosper. Fish, birds, and all other wildlife depend on clean water to live, just as humans do. We strive to protect species and their habitats and to ensure that all people are protected from the harmful effects of water pollution on human health and our environment. We would like to help others live a more eco-friendly lifestyle, and educate them about how simple day to day tasks have an impact on our planet. Our website provides simple tips on how to help save our oceans, which all in turn creates a healthier, safer environment for humans and wildlife. We provide articles to create awareness of the damaging effects of polluting our oceans, and provide information of how you can join us in our mission to abate water pollution. As high school students, we have observed that teens especially are not educated on the water crisis that our planet is heading towards. Our goal is to spread awareness throughout our community and to show teens that they also can make a difference for our planet in stopping water pollution. We would like to see our organization grow and spread to as many communities across the globe possible.
